Rittenhouse: The Crime of Self Defense

Kyle Rittenhouse

Kyle Rittenhouse, 17, of Antioch, IL, has been maliciously portrayed as a white supremacist man-hunter by the legacy media and by public figures among the radical Left ever since he killed convicted violent felons, Josh Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber, and wounded armed rioter Gaige Grosskreutz in Kenosha, WI late August 2020.

Unfortunately, Kyle was lied about on national television, instantly demonized for everything he has ever said or did that could be seen on his social media—even for being a strong supporter of our men and women of law enforcement.

Despite mass coverage, most people are unaware that he was providing medical assistance to people on both side. The news doesn’t show that mere hours before the shooting, The Daily Caller interviewed him saying, “People are getting injured and our job is to protect this business, and my job also is to protect people. If someone is hurt, I’m running into harm’s way. That’s why I have my rifle; I’ve gotta’ protect myself, obviously. But I also have my med kit.”

It is pretty ironic that he is portrayed in such an evil terrorist light, considering his video interview with The Daily Caller, he’s even seen rendering medical aid to rioters with his med-kit and putting out fires before the first shooting.

Rittenhouse’s quality of character only intensifies when you find out that he lifeguards in Kenosha, WI, and after he got off work on that fateful day, Rittenhouse was utilizing his precious time scrubbing graffiti off of the buildings of Kenosha.

Kyle Rittenhouse was a strong supporter of Law Enforcement

Kyle Rittenhouse’s first attorney Lin Wood released new, compelling evidence further proving the case of self defense on the part of Rittenhouse. Kyle Rittenhouse is accused of killing Anthony Huber, 26, of Silver Lake, Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, of Kenosha, and wounding Gaige Grosskreutz, 22, of West Allis.

The Illinois teenager also faces felony charges of attempted first-degree intentional homicide and two charges of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, and a misdemeanor charge of possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18. All felony charges came with “use of a dangerous weapon” modifier.

These charges appear to be suspiciously extreme, shadowed by the series of events following the spark that causes civil unrest; being that it leads to rioting, arson, and looting, and will cause more when he inevitably gets cleared of those charges.

From how I understand the situation, for him to be convicted of first degree intentional homicide, the prosecuting attorney would have to be able to prove, without reasonable doubt, that Kyle Rittenhouse traveled to Kenosha that night with the intent to kill one of those men. At most, he should have been charged with illegally carrying a firearm as a minor.

The mainstream media constantly touts the phrase, “Kyle crossed state lines with an AR-15,” falsely implying it proves evil intentions and high crimes. However, Kyle Rittenhouse, a resident of Antioch, Illinois, lives within a half an hour drive from Kenosha, WI.

He not only has family and friends who live in town, including his father, but he works as a lifeguard there as well. The claims that there should be charges for taking a firearm over state lines is absurd, as he is on the border of Wisconsin and Illinois, and I’m honestly not sure if that is an actual charge without including the intent to commit a felony with said firearm.

Should he have been there? Probably not. It was noble of him to defend a town he loves from the threat of domestic terror while trying to maintain safety on all sides; however, Kyle is a minor, and one could argue that he should have left it to the adults or only involved himself if the rioters came to his hometown.

What happened?

Kyle was shown in video footage discussing with a journalist the reason for them being there, which was not only to defend the residents and businesses, but those who were “protesting” as well. He was seen equipped with a “medic” bag, and in one clip he cut off the interview to go render aid.

People are getting injured and our job is to protect this business, and my job also is to protect people. If someone is hurt, I’m running into harm’s way. That’s why I have my rifle; I’ve gotta’ protect myself, obviously. But I also have my med kit.

Kyle Rittenhouse

The rioters of Kenosha were becoming more dangerous and violent as time ticked by. They were starting fires in every direction you looked. There were multiple entire car sales lots that went up in flames, so hot that the tires melted and left behind a metal husk of what were once vehicles.

Businesses passed down through generations, or that owners worked their whole lives to build, were literally gone in a puff of smoke, leaving behind the ashes of their livelihoods.

The ignorant rioters claim the looted and utterly desecrated homes and businesses are complaining about unimportant, material things that their insurances will replace, obnoxiously not caring that the insurance companies in many cases won’t even pay out enough to remove the remains and rubble left from their practically demolished properties.

The rioters don’t know, and they don’t care as long as they are still benefiting from their vile actions.

The rioters were also repeatedly attempting to blow up gas stations using dumpsters filled with blazing fires. Kyle and others in his group, put out their dumpster fires multiple times, enraging the arsonist@who were practically frothing at the mouth while showing their detest for people stopping massive explosions with the potential of killing them all.

The first man to die at the end of Kyle Rittenhouse’s rifle was Josh Rosenbaum, who is seen as an excessively aggressive agitator, getting in the faces of those who are trying to keep the city safe screaming, “shoot me, Ni@@a!” repeatedly.

The stubborn rioters decided to give the dumpster fire another try. This time after finishing his work putting out that fire with a fire extinguisher, Kyle became the target of the violent mob.

In the encounter with the first now-deceased rioter and convicted sodomizing child rapist Josh Rosenbaum, Rittenhouse was running for his life through what looked like a car dealership, before there were shots fired behind and towards him, from the rioter and an unknown source, causing Rittenhouse to turn and fire towards the shots fired, striking Rosenbaum multiple times.

Rittenhouse is seen on tape, going straight towards his fallen attacker after he had neutralized the threat, and when he saw people were tending to him, he turned tail. The gunfire before and after the death of the convicted child sex offender (graphically detailed in this report) shows clear-cut self-defense, and from what I’ve read, they aren’t sure if all of the gunshot wounds were in fact from Rittenhouse’s firearm.

After shooting Rosenbaum, Kyle knew he had to keep running or the mob would overtake him; as he fled people were shouting, “That’s the shooter!”. You can hear/see him on video after the shooting calling someone on his cellular phone saying, “I just shot somebody.” At the time it was unknown if Rittenhouse was running to find the police or just to try and stay alive.

Unfortunately, being a kid, he was ignorant of how to properly leave a scene without attracting attention, and he took off like a bat out of hell instead of walking away like a normal, trustworthy individual. Running always looks like you are guilty of something.

The mob chased after him, this time with more nefarious intentions; they wanted blood. Kyle Rittenhouse is proof that fear makes you run faster than anger because the men chasing him down seemed to be quite fit in comparison (which could have just been an optical illusion from different styles of clothing conforming to the body in different manners), and that young man was running as though his life depended on it.

The moment that made the situation take a drastic turn for the worse was when Kyle Rittenhouse, running for his life (with his rifle angled toward the ground and his finger off the trigger), stumbled and fell to the ground; the mob closed in on him faster than flies on honey.

To think he wasn’t about to be savagely beaten, possibly to death, would be pure naivety. From Dallas, TX to Louisville, KY to Portland, OR it is consistent across the board—if the mob catches up to you, you are surely ending up in the hospital or a casket. That is, if the ambulance can get to you without being attacked or blockaded from the victim by rioters.

As they closed in on him, he fired three warning shots to no avail. One rioter actually dropkicked him in the face before, and Kyle fired one shot at his assailant and missed.

Enter, Anthony Huber, a three time felon who has a long history of being a domestic abuser for times he strangled/suffocatedlunged his victim(s), held them against their will with a deadly weapon multiple times, and beating them with a deadly weapon involved. Huber decided to take this opportunity to charge at fallen Rittenhouse, turning his skateboard into a weapon, and slamming it into the back of Kyle’s head, taking him all the way to the ground. Kyle fired at his attacker, striking him in the chest; Huber stumbled and fell to the ground in a nearly instantaneous death.

Gaige after his bicep was turned into a fine pink mist

Interestingly, the spin the demented Left-wing legacy media has put on the tragic situation involving Kyle Rittenhouse casts men like Huber as the role of a fallen hero who was murdered trying to stop an active shooter with nothing but a skateboard; CNN even claiming he saw a shooter and ran towards the danger to save potential victims.

In reality, Anthony Huber was a convicted serial domestic abuser (part of his rap sheet to the right), and Josh Rosenbaum was a multiple time sex offender convicted of raping five young boys. These are the men the media touted as fallen heroes, people you would never allow around your children.

Grosskreutz holding a glock directly after being shot

I digress. Rittenhouse’s rifle even appears to jam a second or two, when he was on the ground, before armed gunman and career criminal Gaige Grosskreutz, lunges towards Kyle, just as he seems to fix the jam he is able to get off a one in a million shot, and obliterated the man’s bicep right when the glock is facing him at point blank range.

That man should have been charged with a crime for intentional attempted murder considering he was literally lunging with his gun pointing at Kyle’s head when Kyle was on the ground fighting for his life. This disgusting human being, Grosskreutz, actually made a Facebook post afterward letting the world know that his only regret is not killing Kyle (maybe he should instead regret trying to blow a boys brains out of his head, just an idea).

Kyle Rittenhouse does not deserve “first-degree intentional homicide” to say the least. This is all another attack on a patriot with perpetuated disinformation by the fake news propaganda machine. On the other hand, Kyle definitely does deserve credit for his impeccable trigger discipline. If you look closely, he is constantly assessing the situation around him and the threats that were honing in on him and is in complete conscious control over whether or not his finger is on the trigger.

There is a point where the Grosskreutz is lunging and then pulls back with his hands raised, Kyle slightly lowers his rifle momentarily before Grosskreutz goes for the kill shot; promptly having his bicep vaporized. During the situation in the street approximately 18 shots were heard, meaning there were more active shooters in the situation, making Kyle even more lucky to be alive.

Not surprisingly, the only three people shot by Kyle Rittenhouse all just so happened to be convicted felons. Though people tend to make the argument that “no one deserves to die,” I completely disagree with that sentiment. Child rapists deserve to die. Someone about to blow your head off deserves to die. Skateboard guy didn’t necessarily deserve to die, but he wasn’t exactly your model citizen, and repeatedly put his domestic partner in imminent danger and caused them bodily harm more than once while keeping them prisoner. I don’t exactly have sympathy for him either.

In the end, I am positive Kyle Rittenhouse will end up getting off on the outrageous charges, sparking more baseless race riots in the name of lack of “justice” for convicted felons. Many call him a hero. I think he was pretty darn amazing for his quick thinking, empathy for his attacker (when checking on the first victim), and incredible handling of his firearm. He didn’t do anything that I would deem a criminal act or react dramatically with excessive violence in retaliation to his attackers.

He could have just started mowing down the mob when they announced the target on his back, and he didn’t. When he was on the ground surrounded by violent rioters, he also could have just shot at random or shot every person coming at him.

Instead he only shot the three people that put his life in imminent danger. Whether or not you think he’s a hero, he is not the violent white supremacist man-hunter the media portrays him as, and he is truly extraordinary, especially for being a kid.

The radical Left has thrown their hail Mary, and we need to get our heads in the game and intercept that pass before it’s too late. Whether or not you believe Orange Man Bad, The Republicans who followed President Donald J Trump are the only hope for remaining a constitutional republic.
