Robert F Kennedy Jr’s Suspicions About Who Murdered Bobby Kennedy

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. went on a podcast with Mike Tyson where he explained exactly why he believes that the CIA killed his father, Bobby Kennedy, while he was running for President in 1968, not Sirhan Sirhan—the man who was convicted of his murder.

A few minutes later, the 42 year old Senator was brought down by an assassin’s bullets upon entering a hotel corridor. The accused assassin, 24 year old Jordanian refugee Sirhan Bisara Sirhan, was captured immediately by members of Sen Kennedy’s staff and turned over to Los Angeles authorities.

RFK Jr. explains how Sirhan Sirhan could never have been found guilty, at the direction of his lawyer, and convicted for the murder of Bobby Kennedy if he had pleaded innocent at trial. Remember, RFK Jr. was present at the time of his father’s murder and saw the events take place firsthand.

RFK Jr. makes it clear that he is absolutely certain that Sirhan Sirhan could not have shot and killed his father because of the angle of the shot would be completely wrong; he says Sirhan Sirhan never was behind Bobby, only in front of him with a table between them, yet Bobby Kennedy was killed from being shot four times from behind.

He claimed the shots were fired from so close to his father that he had “carbon tattoos” from all four shots from the close proximity of the barrel of the gun against his skin. This was only possible if the barrel of the gun was pressed against his body, and not possible to occur from shots taken from Sirhan Sirhan’s position across the table, in front of Bobby Kennedy.

Also, RFK Jr. says that the caliber of the shot that killed his father was not the same as the gun Sirhan Sirhan had in his possession. The ballistics of the bullets that were in Sirhan Sirhan’s gun did not match the ballistics of the bullets that killed Bobby Kennedy.

RFK Jr. believes that it was a security guard, Eugene Caesar, who was holding Bobby Kennedy’s arm at the time of the shooting, and witnesses said they saw his gun drawn at the time of the shooting. Caesar later claimed he sold the gun, a .22 caliber, a month before the shooting, when he actually sold it a month AFTER the shooting. RFK Jr. says Caesar shot his father at the same time as Sirhan Sirhan was causing his commotion. He also declared Caesar was a CIA asset, which bolsters his case if true.

We will likely never truly know who shot and killed Bobby Kennedy in 1968, much like we’ll never know what actually happened with the murder of his brother, President John F. Kennedy. Many Americans are convinced the CIA killed the Kennedy brothers, and that the government narrative is the cover-up of a greater conspiracy. Some Americans believe the lone gunman theories about their murders.

I must say, though, when Bobby Kennedy’s son himself is insisting that our intelligence agencies are responsible for the death of his father, and that the man convicted of the murder is innocent—it’s difficult to argue with! He makes a very convincing argument, which he clearly believes wholeheartedly, and I tend to lean towards him being closer to the truth than not.
