Last night, I hopped onto Twitter to check on the civil unrest in our nation. I knew there was a Trump rally planned to be held in Portland yesterday, but I was unprepared to see yet again that someone was killed during the riots.
Upon watching the video, it seemed as though the victim wasn’t even interacting with the murderer(s). You hear the shots fired and see a cloud of smoke puff up from the location where the shot was fired from. The man stumbles a few feet and falls to the ground.
From the angle the video was filmed, it looked as though almost got hit by a car or the driver saw him collapse. They stopped directly in front of his body on the pavement, headlights illuminating the scene. A crowd gathered in what looked like efforts to come to his aid.
As he lay there on the street, more videos were taken from bystanders, and you could see that on his camouflage cargo shorts he had a Blue Lives Matter “Thin Blue Line” flag patch. This confirmed that he was not one of the Burn Loot Murder movement.
When I heard the audio of the video, I knew that we were in fact in the midst of a civil war; the Marxist revolution supported by the radical Left. It was horrifying listening to the video. They said, “We got a Trumper right here,” before opening fire on him. Murdered in cold blood for supporting our president.
The part that makes me simply infuriated, is that the mayor of Portland, Ted Wheeler, has not only not requested aid from the federal government (see tweet with letter) to quell the riots, but he has explicitly expressed his detestation for President Trump in a letter on Friday, stating that he does not want nor need the help. Ted Wheeler has blood on his hands.
Since when was safety a partisan issue?
