YouTube officially decided to go full Commie. Yesterday, December 9th, YouTube updated their terms of services to include banning YouTubers if they dare to speak about the election being rigged resulting in President Trump losing the election. Here’s the breakdown about facts and opinions that are now not allowed on YouTube anymore; that will cause you to lose your platform, possibly your livelihood for those whose income is solely from YouTube.
The above image shows just some of the possible phrases that can cause violations YouTube creators can accrue. These are worded very carefully where you could theoretically still talk about certain things as long as you don’t imply that the impropriety could have been the cause of the election being in Former Vice President Joe Biden’s favor.
For example, if I wanted to talk about the fact that thousands of dead people cast votes in the 2020 election, that would be fine. However, if I wanted to say that, and add that there were enough dead voters that the election could have gone the other direction because of said deceased voters, you would have your content removed.
From what I’ve been able to find about this, they will not be removing content by media networks and journalists they deem credible, which is biased on its own, and they wont be “ramping it up” until after a few weeks (i.e. after inauguration day).
The following statement was issued by YouTube on their blog:
“Yesterday was the safe harbor deadline for the U.S. Presidential election and enough states have certified their election results to determine a President-elect. Given that, we will start removing any piece of content uploaded today (or anytime after) that misleads people by alleging that widespread fraud or errors changed the outcome of the 2020 U.S. Presidential election, in line with our approach towards historical U.S. Presidential elections. For example, we will remove videos claiming that a Presidential candidate won the election due to widespread software glitches or counting errors. We will begin enforcing this policy today, and will ramp up in the weeks to come. As always, news coverage and commentary on these issues can remain on our site if there’s sufficient education, documentary, scientific or artistic context.”

Saying, “we will start removing any piece of content uploaded today (or anytime after) that misleads people by alleging that widespread fraud or errors changed the outcome of the 2020 U.S. Presidential election, in line with our approach towards historical U.S. Presidential elections,” is an outright lie. This is simply not how they have historically treated these claims regarding a US Presidential election.
If you don’t remember, let me refresh your memory: The Democrats have been screaming and whining about their misguided notion that President Trump was an illegitimate president for over four years. In fact, this actually sets the precedent of being explicitly allowed to make baseless claims of voter fraud and illegitimate elections.
They go on to say, “as always, news coverage and commentary on these issues can remain on our site if there’s sufficient education, documentary, scientific or artistic context,” which essentially means that even if you are a reputable news source, no matter how factual you are, if the facts don’t fit their idea of proper educated, documented, scientific or artistic, it will not be allowed.
YouTube guidelines also say, “our Community Guidelines prohibit spam, scams, or other manipulated media, coordinated influence operations, and any content that seeks to incite violence. Since September, we’ve terminated over 8000 channels and thousands of harmful and misleading elections-related videos for violating our existing policies.”
“Harmful and misleading elections-related videos”?? How on earth is censoring the facts regarding the election considered harmful?? This is mind-boggling to me.
According to Reuters, “a YouTube spokeswoman said this policy only applied to the presidential election,” and that it wouldn’t be used regarding the upcoming Georgia Senate run-off. They also reported, “YouTube also said that since Election Day, fact-check information panels had been triggered over 200,000 times on election-related search results.” I am curious as to which “independent fact-checkers” they used for these, and if it was the Lead Stories fact-checkers who repeatedly make up their own “facts” or play with words to discredit rather than debunk.
I suggest to those whom are interested in finding a platform like YouTube without the restrictions check out Bitchute or Dan Bongino backed Rumble. These platforms still need work, but you can find some conservative voices there because they are conservative and free-speech friendly.
Bitchute does not have an app to download that I am aware of, and they really need to work on their user interface for things like Search features, but they are reliable, and people’s videos stay up.
Rumble is also in need of better user interface, though they are much newer than Bitchute, and I’ll give it a pass for now on that. I enjoy watching Dan Bongino on it, and am slowly trying to use it more, and not support YouTube. An interesting feature is the Rumble where you watch short clips and vote yea or nay on it which earns you raffle tickets. I won $5 with the raffle tickets, and made $0.15 on the one, crappy video I posted that got practically no views. It looks promising. There is also an app for Rumble, and a separate app for uploading videos faster.

The radical Left has thrown their hail Mary, and we need to get our heads in the game and intercept that pass before it’s too late. Whether or not you believe Orange Man Bad, The Republicans who followed President Donald J Trump are the only hope for remaining a constitutional republic.
NEVER FORGET: They are Rights enumerated to remind us and our government of our innate and indisputable liberties that are granted to us by our Creator, not our government; NEVER to be infringed or impinged upon by elected officials nor bureaucratic narcissists, ALWAYS as protection for We The People from tyranny and despotism at even the highest level of our hierarchical structure.
